Where to Watch and Read?

I once had someone tell me he couldn't watch anime because there was no netflix. ... That is the saddest thing ever and so to help people out.. :)

Anime

Computer:

If you have a computer I recommend you use these sites: www.gogoanime.com (my favorite and they literally have everything and doesnt have any ads.) If that doesn't work use: animefreak.tv... or watch-anime.net. It would also help if you google an alternative.

Mobile/Tablet:  number one would be: Kissanime (my favorite) .... crunchyroll (this is good too but has more ads and limited episodes)

Computer: www.mangahere.co ( has more than the others) ... mangareader.net and mangafox.me

Mobile/tablet:  I'm not sure it is a tie between mangarock and pocketmanga. 

Korean Novelas - Viki is your best choice.
